In your blender, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 eggs, ½ cup gizzard juice, 1 pound of chicken giblets, and 4-5 fresh garlic cloves. Blend well and till the mix is a bit chunky. Add the blended mixture to a bowl containing 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of regular flour, and 1 cup of cornmeal. Bake on a greased or foiled cookie sheet at 450 degrees. Your cookies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days or frozen to last longer.

You will need three boneless chicken breasts, one cup cooked white rice, one cup cooked carrots, and one cup of cottage cheese. Boil the chicken and then cut into cubes.
